The NDIS Review Secretariat is part of the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (the Department). The NDIS Review Secretariat is seeking your views on the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework.
Giving information to this consultation is voluntary. You can choose not to answer some questions or stop at any time, for any reason. You do not have to provide your personal information (such as your name). If you choose not to, the NDIS Review will not be able to contact you to discuss your submission.
If you share your story with the NDIS Review it may be made public. You can let us know which (if any) of your personal information you do not want us to disclose. We will not make your personal information public without your consent.
